Cherry Ames was a job-hopping nurse with a knack for solving mysteries in a series of Young Adult novels published from the 1940s to the 60s. Many of us were inspired by Cherry‘s adventurous spirit, critical thinking, and intrepid insistence on protecting her patients from scams, blackmail and all sorts of nefarious threats (rarely anything as unsavory as murder!) There were other nurse detectives in literature,
but Cherry captured our imaginations like no other!
Join us for a morning of mystery –
With clues to discover and puzzles to solve!
Dress up like Cherry - or your favorite detective from any genre - or come as you are!
Souvenirs, raffles, door prizes and more!
